Many congrats to Casper who has successfully defended his PhD thesis on January 28. The oral defense of his thesis work took place on-line with Marco Bellini, Julien Laurat and Jonatan Bohr Brask as opponents. Casper’s work has mainly focused on the generation of non-Gaussian states of light, and its transmission through the fiber network on DTU campus. In addition to this work, Casper was also deeply involved in the first-ever demonstration of distributed quantum sensing.
