NMR Center

The NMR Center DTU is a campus infrastructure hosted at DTU Chemistry for the benefit of all Departments and Centers at DTU, as well as external academic and industrial partners.

Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is a versatile and powerful analytical technique for identification of chemical or biological compounds.

One of the objectives with the facility is to improve the quality of the structural output for existing as well as new interdisciplinary research projects within academia and industry where it would be highly advantageous to apply NMR as a critical analytical tool. The initial focus is on small to medium size molecules of biological importance and for methodology studies in general within the areas of chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, and NMR spectroscopy.

The NMR Center DTU provides access to state-of-the-art NMR instrumentation in the range 400 to 800 MHz.
