Welcome to DTU Chemistry's Annual Report 2014. It has been a productive year for the Department. The ISI publications have increased by 20 %, the number of applicants to the chemistry related educations at DTU increased once again, the number of master theses written at DTU Chemistry has doubled in recent years, and several of the Department of Chemistry's PhD’s have received prestigious awards.
In the annual report you can read about how researchers at DTU Chemistry are finding new ways towards combatting Alzheimer's Disease or you can come to the big international X-rays-facilities, where the chemists are filming chemical reactions live.
DTU Chemistry works hard to ensure the best possible platform for advanced fundamental and applied chemistry, that generates and implements ideas to the benefit of a sustainable societal development.
In 2015 we will move into the new DTU Chemistry building with state-of-the-art laboratories and equipment for both research and teaching.
