DTU Chemistry - Hans E M Christensen

Metalloprotein Chemistry

Our research concerns the role of metals in biological systems. Focus is on the chemistry in metalloproteins and metalloenzymes.

Main research areas:

  • Metalloenzymes and neuropsychiatric disorders

  • Metalloprotein design and engineering

  • Expression and purification of recombinant metalloproteins

  • Metalloproteomics
